Order and service information — delivery address, order history, site visit requests, and equipment trade-in (exchange) submissions, including photos you choose to upload.
Monitored device information — if you link a solar inverter/logger to your account, its serial number and energy production data.

Referral information — if you refer a friend, we associate their signup with your referral code to credit your reward.

We do not collect payment card details — payments are handled in person, via bank transfer, or through a third-party payment channel we do not store credentials for.

To show you your own order history, device readings, and account status.

Sharing

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary to operate the service: with our own staff and technicians to fulfill orders and site visits, with WhatsApp/Meta if you receive messages from us through WhatsApp, and with our inverter-monitoring provider if you link a device for live monitoring. We may disclose information if required by law.

Data Retention

We retain account and order information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, meet legal/accounting obligations, and resolve disputes.

Your Choices

You can review and update your name, email, and phone number at any time from your account page. To request deletion of your account or data, contact us using the details below.

Children

This service is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
